Booking, Cancellation & Late Policy To provide the best experience for all clients, please review the following policies before booking: DEPOSITS: A deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will go towards your service total. Deposits are non-refundable. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING: Appointment must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 12 hrs before the appointment will result in 50% cancellation fee and/ or loss of deposit. LATE ARRIVALS: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 7 minutes late will be considered a late cancellation, resulting in loss of deposit. The appointment may need to be rescheduled. NO-SHOW: Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service and loss of deposit. Thank you for respecting our time and policies.
